User Agreement

The SEED Center Wiki & Discussion Boards User Agreement:
The SEED Center is a program of the American Association of Community Colleges and ecoAmerica.
 

• The AACC and ecoAmerica provide users access to a rich collection of resources, tools and forums in The SEED Center.       The AACC and ecoAmerica make their best efforts to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of this content.
  
• The AACC may not endorse or pre-screen information displayed in the wiki or discussion boards and may remove or edit content posted there, and/or suspend a user account at any time.Your user information will not be released or sold to a third party.
  
• The AACC and ecoAmerica will not be liable for any content posted in the Wiki or discussions boards including, any errors, omissions, loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use the content posted.

• You represent that you are 18 years of age or older.
  
• You will provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself, your institution, and your subject matter expertise as appropriate.
  
• You are entirely responsible for all content that you upload or post to this site.
  
• You understand the AACC is not responsible for user content and does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such content.
  
• By submitting to the Wiki and discussion boards you acknowledge and agree that your contributions do not contain confidential or proprietary information; the AACC is not under any obligation of confidentiality; and you are not entitled to any compensation or reimbursement of any kind from the AACC.
